Description:
We know that the Year 2000 problem is real. We may not know exactly
how bad it will be, but we know there will be failures, interruptions, disruptions and
inconveniences in virtually every area at the same time. Knowing this, how can we justify
not being prepared? The simple answer is, we can't. When faced with a known crisis, the
only reasonable course of action is to prepare.
This session
is designed to help the management team ( CEO, CFO, CIO, Y2K Project Leads), concerned
about mitigating the risk of business and operational disruption due to Y2K, adequately
prepare and minimize the cost and impact of inevitable failures.
