CoreTech to Sell it's Investment in Support Services Institute
King of Prussia, PA,
Wednesday, September 23, 1998 CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc. announced
that subject to the execution of a definitive sales agreement, it has agreed to sell
certain assets of the Support Services Institute (SSI), a world-wide organization for
support professionals, to an international investment group lead by the Sweden based WE
Nordic, U.K. based Customers International and U.S. based Ronald Muns.
Commenting on the transaction CEO and Chairman of CoreTech, Ed Beaumont stated,
"while we see a great future for the Support Services Institute, we believe that our
greatest strength remains in assisting our clients with the assimilation of new
technologies and, therefore, we intend to stay more closely aligned with investments in
this marketplace."
Ron Muns, currently a Co-Chairman of Support Services Institute, founder of the U.S. based
Help Desk Institute and CoreTech Board Member, will begin to devote his day-to-day
activities to the business of the new support organization. Mr. Muns stated that, "we

the skills and knowledge of professionals wherever they live. The combined skills and
knowledge of the new group are far greater than those we possess individually."
Beaumont goes on further to say, "We expect to maintain a relationship with this new
group as part of our continued commitment to the support services marketplace. The nature
of this relationship will be defined as the new entity takes shape in the coming weeks and
months." Mr. Muns will also maintain his status as a CoreTech board member.
