CoreTech CONSULTING GROUP, INC. NAMED AGAIN TO "PHILADELPHIA 100" AS 13th FASTEST GROWING PRIVATE COMPANY IN REGION |
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, November 4, 1996 --
CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc., chosen from 1,650 nominated companies, was recently named
to the 1996 "Philadelphia 100" as the 13th fastest growing, privately-held
company in the greater Philadelphia region. "Philadelphia 100," sponsored by the
Wharton Small Business Development Center and the Philadelphia Business Journal,
recognized CoreTech for a 452.31 percent increase in revenues between 1993 and 1995. The
firms revenues for 1996 will surpass $17 million. Entering its fifth year in business, CoreTech is a leading
Information Management consulting firm specializing in helping large organizations plan
and implement new technologies. The firm is particularly well regarded for its ability to
balance the implications of introducing new technologies while protecting clients
infrastructure investments. President David Moore said, "CoreTechs ranking
in the "Philadelphia 100" is a direct result of our continued commitment to our
clients and our employees. Without them we would not be the company we are today." Moore and his partners, Edward Beaumont, chief executive
officer, and Mario DeMarco, chief operating officer, started CoreTech with a goal to fill
a void in the consulting industry by focusing on assisting large companies with managing
technology change. For eight years, the Wharton Small Business Development
Center has sponsored the "Philadelphia 100" to recognize local, privately-held
companies that have demonstrated unparalleled growth in revenues and employees during the
previous three fiscal years. Criteria for the 1996 award includes: be an independent,
privately-held corporation; have a three-year sales history with an increase in fiscal
1995; experience sales of more than $75,000, but less than $25 million in fiscal 1993; and
be located in the greater Philadelphia region. This is CoreTechs second appearance
in the "Philadelphia 100" rankings. CoreTech will participate in the 1996 "Philadelphia
100" Conference at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on November 13, 1996. |
