CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc. has announced the creation a new initiative, Strategic Services. Joe Cellucci, currently CoreTech’s Technology Manager of Electronic Commerce Services, has been selected to lead the initiative. The announcement was made by CoreTech President David Moore.

The Strategic Services Group will identify and integrate the firm’s competencies into proactive service offerings that strengthen the firm's marketing position. These service offerings will operate together, sharing expertise throughout the firm and externally represent the breadth and depth of the firm’s competencies.

Commenting on the creation of the new practice, CoreTech President David Moore stated: "Changing the way CoreTech approaches the consulting marketplace is essential in our evolution from a staffing-oriented company to a services-oriented company. The Strategic Services Group was launched to help the firm make this transition." Moore also stated, "Having Joe Cellucci direct the new practice is a natural fit because of his unique combination of technical and marketing skills developed while working for Soft-Switch."

At Soft-Switch, now a division of Lotus Development Corporation, Cellucci was a technical planning manager in the firm’s Professional Services practice. In this role, he planned and developed Soft-Switch consulting services offerings.

Replacing Cellucci as Technology Managerof Electronic Commerce Services will be Russ Hill. Before joining CoreTech, Hill was a senior product manager for Lotus Development Corporation responsible for all aspects of Lotus Notes messaging back-end products.
