Group agrees to buy Red Sector A Corp., strengthens e-business capabilities Philadelphia, PA, May 7, 1999

Inc. today announced it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Red Sector A
Corporation, an Internet professional services firm based in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
Red Sector A is a pioneer in helping companies address
e-commerce and other e-business initiatives from an executive-level viewpoint, by
addressing how these initiatives affect offline business strategies and processes.
