King of Prussia, PA, May 12, 1998  —CoreTech Consulting Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Altus as Chief Financial Officer. Altus joins CoreTech from RMH Teleservices, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO for this publicly held outbound and inbound telemarketing services company.

With many accomplishments to his credit, Altus was responsible for assisting in the coordination of the $37 million initial public offering for RMH Teleservices. Prior to that, he was Sr. Vice President and CFO for GBC Technologies, Inc., a wholesale distributor of networking and data communications equipment, which grew from $30 million to $500 million during his 8 year tenure. He organized GBC’s $13 million initial public offering, followed by a $49 million secondary offering and managed a staff of over 150 people. Altus also oversaw numerous acquisitions for GBC ranging in size from $5 million to $100 million.
