Philadelphia, PA, June 15, 1999 — CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc.^® today announced it has officially closed on its previously-announced purchase of Red Sector A™, an Internet professional services firm based in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

A letter of intent between the two firms was signed last month. At the time, CoreTech indicated that its purchase of Red Sector A was designed to bolster its movement toward providing a complete range of services for companies wishing to successfully put into practice e-business and e-commerce initiatives, including executive-level strategy consultation, design and implementation.

With the acquisition, CoreTech has begun integrating Red Sector A’s e-metrics™ methodology into its own TOPP Discipline^SM, providing companies with a clear strategic road map for e-business success in today’s market.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
