Project Planning and
Management Systems
Project Planning and Management Systems (PPMS) is the
world-class methodology developed and used by CoreTech Consulting Group, Inc. in all of
our client project engagements. By following this rigorous methodology, our IT
professionals successfully deliver solutions to many satisfied customers.

several popular project management approaches to create its own PPMS methodology, which is
designed specifically to exploit of the benefits of thorough planning.

clearly document the clients' expectations for project deliverables. PPMS also provides a

for effective reporting between the CoreTech team and client management.
PPMS is comprised of two models - Team and Process
- which follow a phased approach with logical milestones, approvals and highly
defined deliverables.
Team Model
The CoreTech Team Model advocates small, cohesive and efficient groups staffed with highly
experienced, technically knowledgeable leaders and self-motivated team members. The Team
Model encourages creativity and commitment to solving business problems in a way that
keeps the client's best interests as the top priority.

broken down into discrete phases, which can be tracked by control milestones. The key
phases identified for projects are:

Specifications It is at this phase that members of the project team from both
CoreTech and the sponsoring organization revisit the technical specifications to validate
the scope and objectives of the application, determine what requirements must be satisfied
by the project, and confirm that the available resources are capable of performing tasks
satisfactorily. Application Construction

sponsoring organization, or both. At the close of this phase, it is panerai luminor marina replica

is complete and there is a formal notification to the client that the development work is
finished.
QA Testing and Implementation This phase
involves acceptance testing, rollout and work correction activities involving both
CoreTech technicians and representatives from the sponsoring organization. This phase
culminates in the product release, with product documentation that includes operations and
maintenance guides and release notes, as well as a summary of the acceptance testing
results noting the nature and disposition of any exceptions.
Support This phase covers the implementation
of any follow-up support agreement.
Application Turnover and Post-Project Follow-up
In this phase, the CoreTech team assesses client satisfaction and develops a
statement of project closure. This phase culminates in the delivery to the client of a
